Ms. Jessica Rosen-Findlay is the Assistant Director of the Fulbright Student and Scholar Programs for the South-Central Asia and Near East Asia regions at the Institute of International Education. Prior to working on the Fulbright Program, she worked at Georgetown University and for IIE’s Scholar Rescue Fund’s Iraq Scholar Rescue Project.

Ms. Rosen-Findlay has a BA from Boston University, a MA from American University in Political Science, and a MPS from Georgetown University in Emergency Management. She lives with her family and two dogs in upstate NY and is based in IIE’s New York City office.
