Khamid Inomkhodjaev
Khamid Inomkhodjaev is currently serving as the Academic Exchanges Coordinator at the U.S. Embassy Tashkent since July 2023, he is facilitating international collaborations and bringing a global perspective to the education of Uzbekistan.
From 2019, Khamid held the position of Senior Specialist on Knowledge Management at Westminster International University in Tashkent. In this role, he was responsible for developing a comprehensive resources strategy aligned with the university’s needs, leading information literacy programs, and fostering effective communication between academic staff and the library strategy.
Prior to this, from 2017 to 2019, Khamid served as the Senior Officer on Research Development and Executive Education at Westminster International University. During this tenure, he contributed to shaping the university’s research strategy, executing SWOT analysis, and planning research expenditures.
From 2013 to 2017, Khamid held the position of Head of LRC Enhancement Unit at Westminster International University. In this capacity, he designed and developed LRC enhancing services, managed budgets, and led a personal staff in the Enhancement Unit. Khamid also played a crucial role in designing the LRC promotion strategy through social media and fostering cooperation with academic staff.
Before joining Westminster International University, Khamid worked as the Assistant of the Education Cooperation Section at Goethe-Institute Tashkent between 2012 – 2013. In this role, he arranged workshops and provided support for local teachers.
Throughout his career, Khamid Inomkhodjaev has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills, making significant contributions to the academic and research landscape. In his current role, he continues to foster international collaboration, contributing a global perspective to local education environment.
