David Moyer is the Education and Cultural Affairs Counselor at the U.S. Embassy in New Delhi. He joined the U.S. State Department in 2003 and his overseas assignments include Cyprus, South Korea, Vietnam, and Mexico. His last assignment was as Public Affairs Officer at the U.S. Consulate General in Hyderabad. He also served in Washington DC. He has bachelor’s degrees in Japanese and International Relations from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the George Washington University. His wife Audrey is also a Foreign Service Officer and they have three sons.
